Shipra Neeraj Gupta (born 12 March 1983) is an Indian businesswoman and the executive chairwoman of Blue Bells

Luxury Real-estate, headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She is also the founder of the One Purpose Foundation. She is also an Associate V Partner and public speaker at QNET.== Early Life == Shipra was born in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh in India to middle-class parents of Hindu descent, namely Swayamprabha Gupta, who at that time managed ladies clothing shop and Suresh Chandra Gupta, a mechanical engineer. Shipra has a older brother named Oneal.

Shipra Neeraj's education at the University of Allahabad financed by her working parents. After graduating with a degree in BCom (bachelors in commerce) from the University of Allahabad in 2003, she got married at the age of 19 to Neeraj Raghunand and shifted to Bangalore, Karnataka in India. From 2003 to 2004 she worked at Infosys as a process executive. She later founded her own fashion store called Darpan, which she ran from 2004 to 2010, before she quite and joined Satya Paul, as a retail manager. Shipra got involved in multilevel marketing (MLM) on a part-time basis while working for Satya Paul.

She is married to Neeraj Raghunand who is also an Associate V Partner at QNET.

QNET

In 2011, she signed up in a direct selling company called QNET that had been formed by the QI Group, an e-commerce based conglomerate with businesses in travel, media, telecommunications, luxury products, wellness, training, and corporate investments. QNET has regional offices in over 25 countries, all around the world and has a presence in nearly 10 countries through a wide range of subsidiary companies.

In the years 2011-2016 she witnessed a huge growth in her business and by 2016, she was recognized and an V-Council member of QNET, which are known as members of QNET who operate on the ground and specialize in a specific country, and serve as country leaders. They work closely with the Independent Representatives in person, building the relationships and personal connections that make our global network so strong.They support the network through medium- and small-scale trainings as well as giving the corporate side invaluable feedback and reports on market climate.

This year she also achieved a Platinum star rank in QNET which is the rank given to only few high earners in QNET who meet its high and rigorous business criteria.

She also became a Diamond Star in 2016 after a few months of achieving her Platinum Rank, the Diamond Star rank is even more tough to achieve and was the highest rank one could achieve in the QNET Buisness at that time.

By 2018 she was recognized as an Associate V Partner in QNET, which is a recognition given to senior leaders who oversee the development activities of specific regions in the market. Each is responsible for certain regions, making sure that there is correct accountability, opportunities for growth. They play an important part in large-scale events and tours, holding the region together.

Controversies

In August 2013, Times of India reported that her company's founder Vijay Eswaran was being investigated by the Economic Offences Wing in regards to QNET. The Economic Offences Wing issued lookout notice against Eswaran and a few others, after he failed to appear before the authorities for questioning. Police have frozen six of QNET's bank accounts in the country. QNET has refuted the allegations fully in stating that its operations are legal, compliant and transparent.

In 2014 the Enforcement Directorate in 2014 has alleged money laundering against Vijay Eswaran and his company QNET. This allegation has been refuted by both the company QNET and Vijay Eswaran.

In 2016, after 3 years of probe, the Economic Offences Wing of the Mumbai Police issues lookout notices against 30 people in connection with QNET. As founder of QNET, Vijay Eswaran was featured as the key accused in the case.

In 2017, Justice DP Surana of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (MPID) court said that prima facie the business of QNET in India, was not legal. However the Supreme Court granted bail to those who were arrested, the court also called a halt on all legal proceedings related to the 19 first information reports filed by the police in 2013.

In February 2018 Qnet was prosecuted for fraud and forgery at trial court of Labe, Somalia. Later that year spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janta Party called out Ex-Chief Minister of Karnataka, Siddaramaiah, for meeting with Vijay Eswaran, whom he referred to as a "declared absconder", during the World Economic Forum in China, in 2013.

However till today QNET has not been recognized as a scam or illegal by any court in India, and is still recognized as a legal and legitimate business in India and the 100+ countries it functions within.

Bluebells Luxury Real Estate is a premium luxury and high end real estate firm that was founded by Abhikaran Singh Sidhu and CO-Founded by Shipra Neeraj, it caters to the superior end of the residential sale and leasing market in Dubai. The company offers listings for new homes, resale homes, rentals, plots and co-living spaces in Dubai.

The One Purpose Foundation

The One Purpose Foundation, (founded by Shipra Neeraj in 2022) is completely non profitable, non political, non governmental organization established for the welfare of society. Its mission is to help society to become a better place. We established with the purpose of giving back to the society for better world.

Shipra's goal was for the organization to serve the deprived children as much as possible of the nation as a non-profit motive organization, optimum utilization of the available resources in serving the deprived children in their wellbeing, health, socialization and specially in education, identification of deprived (tribal, poor, helpless, orphanage) children group and running a campaign of social, financial, educational and overall development awareness program and liaison and co-ordinate with the concerned authority for the educational development, providing necessary training, awareness and organizing vocational training for women empowerment, to widen the sector of support to the community, conduct free health camps, awareness about primary health care and other health related awareness programs in coordination with the concerned authorities, conducting awareness about the effect of natural calamities and also to provide quick relief responses in liaison with the concerned authorities, and conducting other awareness programs in collaboration with the national and international parties, government and other related authorities, especially in education, health and social being as and when required.
