The name Otis has been used for five tropical cyclones in the Eastern Pacific Ocean.
- Hurricane Otis (1981) – Category 1 hurricane that briefly impacted Mexico as a tropical storm
- Hurricane Otis (1987) – Category 3 hurricane that stayed out to sea, causing no threat to land
- Hurricane Otis (2005) – Category 2 hurricane that nearly threatened Baja California Sur
- Hurricane Otis (2017) – Category 3 hurricane that caused no threat to land
- Hurricane Otis (2023) – Category 5 major hurricane that made landfall near Acapulco, Mexico; the strongest landfalling storm in the Eastern Pacific Ocean on record, and the only Pacific hurricane to do so at Category 5 intensity
