Úbeda (in English often Ubeda) is a city in the province of Jaén in the autonomous community of Andalusia, Spain, of about 36,000 inhabitants in 2003, located near a hill of the same name. It is best known for its association with Antonio Muñoz Molina and Joaquín Sabina. In 2003 it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in a cultural unity with Baeza.
