Userpages have never been excepted, nor is it likely they ever will be. They do not directly contribute to the encyclopedia. If you think I am stalking you, if you think I am being uncivil, then by all means report me to ] and have me blocked. Even if I am stalking you, or "wallop" you (which I most emphatically am not), the case remains that you still, despite being told it is a violation, have fair use images on your userpage. I'm no big fan of Sen. Clinton, but that ANI was absolute GREATNESS! Do the Republicans have a team of folks out policing userpages or something? My WORD! Who cares who you support for president in '08, or if you put a picture of that person on your userpage?!?
