You need to ease off. You are repeating yourself, expecting people to react differently to hearing the same thing for the eleventh time. A good rule of thumb for interacting on Misplaced Pages (and probably elsewhere) might be that once you hear yourself saying things like “You people are unbelievable”, that is a good time to step away for a bit. Be aware of ]. Actually, read the whole thing. Not as a reprimand, but just as something to keep in mind; something to think about, to avoid giving yourself tunnel-vision.{{pb}}Regarding the your continued participation with the discussion, it would be a good idea to think about what your goal is. You clearly do care about trans people, and although this trans person is maybe not someone you want to extend any respect towards, I don’t think your goal should resemble “let’s make sure everyone {{em|really}} knows she used to be a man”.{{pb}}You may be tempted to carry on the argument with me here. Please don’t. I am only here to address {{em|how}} you are {{em|personally}} approaching the discussion; I am not trying to convince you one way or another on the discussion itself. In the same spirit, consider taking some time off of the topic. The page will still be there when you get back in a week, and you may have a clearer head and new thoughts on the matter. — ] (]) 02:07, 16 December 2023 (UTC)

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:37, 28 November 2023 (UTC)

I don't know anything about your IP address

But I accept your statement about not making the edit. It wasn't a baseless suggestion though as the intent of the IP's edit and yours was similar, removing sourced material about left-wing terrorism being a relatively minor issue with a bad edit summary - yours saying "changed dismissive, irrelevant wording" when you actually changed nothing but deleted a key statement.
