Well, Byrd sports absolutely rock. Erich Snyder,Ross Craig, and brandon king own the tenis courts. As for the track team jay laiche and Juan castanos rule the high jump on long jump. They fly like eagles, to the sea. Byrd baseball, well iv'e seen better. But Raymond Dogget and reid mcghee are pretty sweet. Kind of. For girls soccer Abes is the leader of the team. i don't know why they call her abes but watever. Boys b-ball, Esayas and Derrick. They destroy other teams with their sick mves and giantness. Juan helps out to. Travis, jack, and Mac make up the crazy face painter. I'll add more soon. | |||

General Information
The school rivals of Byrd Middle School are George H. Moody Middle School, Tuckahoe Middle School, and Pocahontas Middle School. Byrd Middle has an excellent athletic program which provides sports such as; football, wrestling, boys and girls soccer, boys and girls basketball, gymnastics, baseball, softball, track, and tennis. The clubs offered at Byrd are Drama, Forensics, Law Enforcement, Young Authors, Digital Media, Digital Graphics, French, Spanish, FCCLA, Sports for Teens, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Knowledge Master Open.
Schedule
Byrd Middle School runs on a block schedule. This means that there are four classes a day, each one lasting an hour and thirty minutes long. Students have four classes one day, and the next day, they have four different classes. These days are known as Day 1 and Day 2
