Yes. I was going over some material in the Anchor Bible on the Naboth incident and the commentary delt with the importance of a fast having been proclaimed. I rechecked KJV, NIV, and RSV and found fast. All I can say is sorry for the incorrect information. I was trying to get a great deal of information down in one setting. Anyway--fast is correct.
