Cooper Lee is a fictional character on the CW television series One Tree Hill, played by Michael Trucco. Cooper is Deborah Lee's brother and the uncle of Nathan Scott.
Season Two
Cooper first appeared in One Tree Hill in season 2 coming to cheer up his nephew after Nathan's wife, Haley, leaves him and goes on tour. He is a former car-racer and brought his nephew on a car-racing circuit which resulted in Nathan using the car in a suicide attempt. Nathan recovered however.
Season Three
He returned in season 3 to protect his sister Deb from Dan Scott and met Rachel Gatina on the internet. However he only discovered that she was 17 when he saw her cheerleading at one of the Ravens game. He still had sex with her that night but decided not to see her again afterwards, citing the age gap between them. Rachel wouldn't let go however and even got drunk and stole a limo at Nathan's and Haley's wedding party since she was so depressed. He jumped into the car and tried to stop her. As they were arguing she lied to him telling him she was pregnant. Since he wouldn't believe her she grabbed the wheel and they both fell from a bridge under the water.
Season Four
They were saved by Nathan and Lucas but Cooper stayed in a coma for a few days. When Rachel told him she lied about her pregnancy he told her to go away and left town soon after.
