== Black as a legal social status ==

Black and White are commercial terms in the jurisdiction of maritime or mortmain principles. In truth there is no nationality termed "black" or "white" as these are colors, people in their living capacity are men and women who have national origins.

Black in law is a term used for mortmain principles or persons(corporations) and is used to denote the "nature" of the entity being addressed in law.

Black vessels are unrecognized ships in the jurisdiction of maritime or a commerce based system of socialism.

Citizen-ships also function in like manner as the syatem of a National Socialist Democracy in rooted in maritime jurisdiction.

The simplest way to identify this jurisdiction being that in the common laws of the land, "real" things such as real property and real rights are dealt with and the language used on paper to identify those things and their Jurisdiction is of a non fictional nature when grammar is conveyed.

The name and surname of the man or woman are written in proper noun form in any lawful document meaning a single capital letter followed by small letters at the beginning of both name and surname.

In the jurisdiction of commerce or mortmain, language is used in a fictitious manner meaning words or phrases have no real meaning lawfully speaking.

For example, the name of a man or woman would be then represented in an all capital letter format, this means the name is no longer in it's proper noun form and therefore can not lawfully be attached to a living man or woman.

This is where a mortmain principle is formed as businesses as persons as they are liable to be sued or sue in the jurisdiction of maritime, however businesses or corporations have no human rights as they are merely ideas and not living sentient beings.

Hence lawfully corporations are legally distinguishable from people in that their names are incorporated or represented in all capital letter format.

The social security act, population registration act no.30, Dawes rows are responsible for legally genociding specific ethnic groups by classifying them as "Black" which in simple terms translates to "civilly dead" while other groups are collectively classed socially as "white" meaning commercially recorgnized vessels. ] (]) 21:59, 22 March 2024 (UTC)

To-do list for Black people: edit·history·watch·refresh· Updated 2020-09-23

  • Find and add citations to reliable sources.
  • Remove unverifiable material and original research.
  • Show a multi dimensional view of Black people across the world, not merely an American perspective.
  • Remove "undue weight" per WP:CSB and WP:NPOV.
  • Give more information on the diversity of peoples within African, e.g. Khoisan, Bantu, Pygmy, etc.
  • Remove the comment about underestimation of strength of Black men - out of context and contributes to racist stereotypes

Nazi Germany

@White American 2023 and Fajita Biscuit: You added information about Black people in Germany, which I removed for the following reasons: The history of anti-Black racism in Germany is not limited to Nazi period; Black people have a longer and richer history in Germany than just being victims of the Nazis or other racist people; Jews and Roma were persecuted on a different level, i.e. they were systematically murdered. Some Black people were murdered by the Nazis, some were sterilized, some (like Hans Massaquoi) were able to live a kind of "normal" life. Not everything that is sourced should be included here, see WP:ONUS. Rsk6400 (talk) 09:41, 12 August 2023 (UTC)

Black, White Or Both

This may sound stupid but I have crossed countless people who have called themselves black althought they physically look white. So that made me ask: Can a person who looks white but has black people in their bloodline be labeled “black?” 80.200.150.84 (talk) 11:16, 9 September 2023 (UTC)

As our article makes entirely clear, 'Blackness' is ultimately a social construct. What constitutes 'looking black' (or 'looking white') varies from place to place, and time to time. It is routinely contested. Attempts to divide humanity with its complex patterns of diversity into simplistic binary categories are rooted in the realms of politics, not science. And to be more specific with regards to your question, there have been contexts where having any 'black people in your bloodline' made you 'black' in the eyes of (white) social norms, regardless of appearance, and regardless of any own personal identification: see the so-called one-drop rule in the United States. 'Appearance' is but a small part of what society constructs its arbitrary racial categories from. AndyTheGrump (talk) 13:05, 9 September 2023 (UTC)
