Pokémon Diamond and Pearl are new Pokémon games to be released for the Nintendo DS. Not much is known about them. The names Diamond and Pearl are currently unconfirmed, although the games have been officially announced by Nintendo.

There are currently only two known new Pokémon who has been added to the game, those being Munchlax, the pre-evolution of Snorlax, and Rukario.

Many people guess what will be in the games. Among the most game fans want is a customizable trainer.

Pokémon Diamond was also the name of an unauthorized bootleg version of the Japanese Game Boy Color game "Telefang".
