There may be some kind of difference - I would imagine so anyway, since the organisation appears to use both terms quite specifically. Regarding the arrest of two people, I added a quote from the source of the actual police statement. Our incomplete report suggested that the two were arrested just for posting a video whereas the police quote specifically mentions harassment, public order offenses, and criminal damage. |
