Citizen Action Party- Sikkim is a registered and unrecognised political party in the state of Sikkim. The party is registered with Election Commission of India. NAGRIK is the election symbol of the party.

The Citizen Action Party- Sikkim was founded on 26th January 2023 on the occasion of Republic Day of India in Melli, Namchi District South Sikkim. The party was founded on the principles of reforms, regionalism and to usher new age politics in the state of Sikkim.

On the day of party foundation Ganesh K. Rai was unanimously elected as the Chief Coordinator of the party who had spearheaded the Reform Call movement in the state of Sikkim post 2019 election. Later, Laxmi Prasad Kafley was elected as the President of the party in same year however he stepped down in year 2024 and Bharat Basnett succeeded as the new President of the Party.

The Citizen Action Party- Sikkim participated in the 2024 elections in both assembly and parliamentary elections where party received 6.03% and 22% votes respectively.
