Hello, I was looking for this article and the "Creating Juan Salgado" page says you deleted it because it was created by a blocked sock. I would 'take over' the article, or whatever the process is called, I think I edited it some in the past. I assume the process is to ask you? Hi Explicit. Can you tell whether File:Manmohanmisra.jpeg is the same as File:Manmohanmisra for wikipedia.jpg? You deleted the latter file in November 2023 per F11, and the other one was just uploaded today and has the same issue. -- Marchjuly (talk) 08:01, 30 July 2024 (UTC)

@JWilz12345: Hi, nothing in policy forbids users from uploading freely licensed images locally first before immediately exporting the file to Commons. Whether it's considered normal is a mater of opinion, but it's not a common practice. ✗plicit 20:59, 31 July 2024 (UTC)
