Countess Diana Phipps Sternberg (February 22, 1936 – July 31, 2024) was a Czech noble woman, interior designer, and philanthropist.

Diana Franziska Alice Mary Guadeloupe Sternberg was born on February 22, 1936 in Vienna, Austria.

Sternberg married Henry Ogden Phipps at the Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Kingston, Jamaica on April 23, 1957.

Sternberg died on July 31, 2024 in Vienna.
