The 2024 Bucktail Fire was a wildfire that burned through 7,078 acres (2,864 ha) of land in Montrose County, in the U.S. State of Colorado. It was active from August 1 to August 21, when it was declared 100% contained. It is currently the second-largest wildfire to ignite during the 2024 Colorado wildfire season.
