This image, I'm Gonna Spend My Christmas With A Dalek.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is copyright © to its owners, I (Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 00:27, 21 January 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

  1. The image is a low-resolution copy of an album cover;
  2. The image is being used for informational purposes about the single, its release in the 1960s "Dalekmania" fad, and its status as one of the earliest spoofs of Doctor Who;
  3. No more free alternative exists;
  4. The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on the commercial use of the image in question.
