Emma Myers was born on April 2, 2002, in Orlando, Florida, to Nicole and Jeremy Myers. She has three sisters and is the second eldest among them. She attended a homeschool cooperative and, in her own words, "never had a traditional school experience". From her mother's side, she is of Greek ancestry.

Myers began her acting career as a child actress in 2010, making her debut in the TV series The Glades. She started acting professionally at the age of 16. Myers appeared in A Taste of Christmas (2020) and Girl in the Basement (2021). In 2022, she had her breakthrough role, starring in the Netflix series Wednesday as Enid Sinclair, a late-blooming werewolf and roommate of Wednesday Addams (portrayed by Jenna Ortega). She also appeared in Southern Gospel (2023).

Myers also stars in the Netflix comedy film Family Switch alongside Jennifer Garner, Ed Helms, and Brady Noon, and played the lead character Pippa Fitz-Amobi in the television adaptation of the murder mystery novel A Good Girl's Guide to Murder. She will next appear in A Minecraft Movie, a feature film adaptation of the video game of the same name.

Personal life

Myers is a fan of K-pop, specifically the group Seventeen. In a 2022 interview with Teen Vogue, it was stated that The Lord of the Rings and Star Wars fandoms were "two fantastical pillars of online fandom that shaped the way Emma saw the world". Myers describes herself as an introvert.
