Hussam Haj Hussein (born 1977 in) is the Minister of Religious Endowments and Guidance in the Syrian Salvation Government since the fourth term of the government in 2021, continuing through its fifth and sixth terms, and, since December 2024, Minister of Endowments in the Syrian Transitional Government.

Haj Hussein graduated with a degree in Islamic Sharia and a diploma in educational qualification from the University of Damascus.
