Group B of the 2024–25 Federation Cup took place from 10 December 2024 to 4 February 2025. The group consisted runners-up of previous tournaments Mohammedan SC, Dhaka Abahani, Chittagong Abahani, Rahmatganj MFS and Fakirerpool YMC.
