Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet is an upcoming video game developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. Set hundreds of years in the future, it follows bounty hunter Jordan A. Mun, who is stranded on a remote planet.

Setting and characters

Set hundreds of years in the future, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet follows Jordan A. Mun (portrayed by Tati Gabrielle), a bounty hunter stranded on the remote planet Sempiria. The planet has been cut off from external communication for over 600 years, and no one has escaped its orbit for more than 600 years. Jordan seeks to escape.

Development

Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet is in development by Naughty Dog for the PlayStation 5. Development began in 2020, after the release of The Last of Us Part II. The game is directed by Neil Druckmann, and the score is composed by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. Sony Interactive Entertainment trademarked the title in February 2024, and Naughty Dog revealed the game at the Game Awards on December 12, 2024.
