Miyu Takahashi (高橋 美優, Takahashi Miyū, born 15 May 2002) is a Japanese badminton player from Inami, Hyōgo Prefecture. She graduated from the Aomori Yamada High School, and joined BIPROGY badminton team on 1 April 2021.

Career

2024

In September, Takahashi and Otake participated in the 2024 Taipei Open and reached their first quarterfinal at this level of the tournament. In the first round, they defeated fifth seeds Sung Shuo-yun and Yu Chien-hui of Chinese Taipei in straight games. In the next round, they defeated the Indonesian pair of Lanny Tria Mayasari and Rachel Allessya Rose. In the quarterfinals, they lost to second-seeded Febriana Dwipuji Kusuma and Amallia Cahaya Pratiwi of Indonesia in a three-game match that lasted 72 minutes.
