Polyrhachis follicula is an ant in the genus Polyrhachis native to the Philippines.

Appearance

This species is a black ant with small reddish-brown mouthparts. It has four thornlike spurs on its abdomen, which is broken into three parts. The legs of this species are brownish.

Records

There are only three confirmed live records on the internet taken by Mark Bulahao via iNaturalist observation.

There are pinned specimens on the internet but they are not well preserved.
