Dilorom Yuldasheva (born ) is an Uzbek woman who overcame disability. She lost her legs in an accident with a combine harvester. She overcame her disability to become a businesswoman employing 40 others. Her example was recognised and she was one of the BBC's 100 Inspiring Women in 2024. She was also given a national courage award.

In 2024 she was recognised as one of the BBC's 100 inspiring women for 2024. As a result she also received a national "Mardlik" courage award in December 2024, in a meeting chaired by the President. The President's daughter and assistant Saida Mirziyoyeva was tasked with making a film about Yuldosheva, and at least four more, in 2025. The President announced wide ranging targets to improve the support for those with disabilities.
