The 2025 Kabaddi World Cup is the fourth edition of the Kabaddi World Cup held under the authority of World Kabaddi (WK), the same organisation that held the 2019 Kabaddi World Cup. It will be hosted in the West Midlands, England, during 17–23 March 2025. It will be the first time World Kabaddi has hosted its World Cup tournament outside of Asia (out of four times total since the tournament series began in 2019). There will be a men's and women's edition of the event.
History
The 2019 Kabaddi World Cup tournament was held in Malacca, Malaysia. A 2020 edition of the tournament was scheduled, but then was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The other two previous editions of the tournament took place in India.
The decision to award the 2025 World Cup to the West Midlands region of England was in part due to its hosting of the British Kabaddi League and the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
