Emma Blain is an Irish Fine Gael politician who has served as Lord Mayor of Dublin since December 2024. She has been a member of Dublin City Council for the Pembroke local electoral area since 2024.
She was previously a member of Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown County Council for the Glencullen-Sandyford area from 2016 to 2024. She was co-opted onto Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown County Council when Neale Richmond was elected to Seanad Éireann in April 2016..
Blain ran unsuccessfully as a candidate for the Dublin Bay South constituency at the 2024 general election.
Blain has been the editor of The Church of Ireland Gazette since September 2020.
