The Well is a mixed retail, office and residential complex in Toronto, opened in 2022.
Located at the corner of Spadina Avenue and Front Street West, which once hosted the Globe and Mail main offices and a Toyota dealership, the complex was designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, BDP Quadrangle, Wallman Architects, and Adamson Associates Architects.
The lower level consists of several retail podium's interconnected by walkways. The west side of the complex are mainly residential towers, the eastern end are the office space including the head office for the Toronto Star.
