The Well is a mixed-use (ie. retail, office and residential) complex in Toronto, Canada. It opened in 2022.
Located in Downtown Toronto, at the corner of Spadina Avenue and Front Street West, which once hosted the Globe and Mail main offices and a Toyota dealership – the complex was designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, BDP Quadrangle, Wallman Architects, and Adamson Associates Architects.
The west side of the complex consists of mainly residential towers, while the eastern side is dedicated to the office space, including the head office for the Toronto Star. The lower level consists of several retail podiums interconnected by walkways.
