Gilbert de Clare (born 1173 – died c.1185/1189), 3rd Earl of Pembroke was an Anglo-Norman and Irish nobleman who died as a minor. He was the son of Richard de Clare, 2nd Earl of Pembroke, and Aoife MacMurrough. In 1176, Gilbert inherited the Earl of Pembroke from his father, making him the 3rd Earl of Pembroke. He died in 1185/1189 and passed the title to his sister, Isabel de Clare, making her suo jure 4th Countess of Pembroke.
