Godwin Etse Sikanku is a Political Scientist , Author , Lecturer and Head of Directorate for Research, Innovations & Development (DRID) at the Ghana Institute of Journalism . He is best known for his book on Barack Obama , titled “The Afrocentric Obama and lessons on political campaigns”.
