Ashwani Gupta (born 15 September) is an Indian business executive and the Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ), one of India's largest port operators. Career spanning decades in the automotive sectors. He worked at Nissan before joining Adani Ports in 2024, where he has held a range of leadership roles. Gupta succeeded Karan Adani who became Managing Director in 2024.

Born in Dehradun, India, Ashwani Gupta graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College, India, and obtained a diploma from INSEAD Business School in France.
