Ultramarine said he did not delete the Participatory democracy bit, which is correct - I did. He later deleted the remaining definition section in toto. - ] 00:21, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

*Please use the "Edit Summary" feature - having large numbers of consecutive edits by you in a page's history with no summary of what was done is quite unhelpful. There is a preference you can set to remind you if you leave it blank (click , then the "Editing" tab).
*If you are planning on making a bunch of related little changes to a section, try and do them in one edit. Or you could create a work page in your own userspace, and copy the section there to work on it before putting the changes into the actual article.
