Trivia
- According to J.D., this episode is solely responsible for him and Elliot never dating. He believes that if he had made it to Elliot at the end of the episode a couple of minutes earlier, they would have started dating.
- When played in syndication, the scene when Dr. Cox is telling Elliot to "pick her battles", one of his lines is "The next doctor who comes to me looking for a cookie or a hug, I swear to Aisha I will hurt them". When he says "Aisha" his lips read "God". Perhaps this is an episode edit due to the fact that using God's name as part of an expletive is unacceptable on American television.
