As of right now (8 June '07) the oldest champ is listed as Jimmy Snuka, at 49. HOWEVER, if Terry Funk was born in 1944, and he won the belt in 1997, then he was 53 when he won the belt. If you look on WWE.com it's history along with the ECW Tag Team Championships are on the defunct titles with the Light Heavyweight, Hardcore and European title, the most I have heard on the subject from various places, though not very realiable is that they might return around WrestleMania time or ECW One Night Stand 2007 The Legendary One 04:32, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
