Visual consistency. Adraeus 11:42, 17 May 2005 (UTC)

Ah, ok. Glad to see User:BDAbramson here! Sam Spade 14:06, 17 May 2005 (UTC)

WTF?

What is

"Since you registered as a member of Inquiry, I encourage you to not use such brash generalizations like describing Mel Etitis as someone "who has no knowledge of policy, nor shame for their violations of it." In fact, I would expect any member of Inquiry to behave responsibly and calmly without describing these situations as "foolishness", even if that description may be accurate. Moreover, you should cite sources to aid your defense as Inquiry researchers must do for Misplaced Pages articles."

about? Is this a wikiproject, or an excuse for you to be bossy? Also, you seem to be steering this project towards wikisource.org, and away from what I thought it was, an organised effort to provide quality research and citations. Oh, and http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/JTypes2.asp is a better Keirsey test IMO. Sam Spade 12:06, 18 May 2005 (UTC)

This project's documentation is in concept form. Adraeus 12:15, 18 May 2005 (UTC)

Of course, but how would that justify you sassing me in regards to your expectations of my conduct as a member? Sam Spade 12:22, 18 May 2005 (UTC)

If you do not behave responsibly in other channels, Inquiry cannot trust you to behave responsibly with the acquisition, collection, dissemination, and publishing of academically credible research for Misplaced Pages articles. In addition, your conduct in other channels as a member of Inquiry reflects on this project and its team. Several well-known editors have already denied my invitations because of your membership. Since this is a new project, we need all the help we can get, but we can't afford the controversy you bring to the table. Please tone down your behavior and respect the policies regarding civility, if you're concerned with this project's welfare.
In the future, Inquiry will establish a Code of Conduct and a set of Principles for Quality Research. These items are in-the-works, so I apologize if you were offended; however, you need to be aware and responsible for your image, which does affect this project and its membership. Adraeus 12:36, 18 May 2005 (UTC)

Of course i am offended, and I have no intention of playing your games. You have no place criticising my conduct, and nothing about this project grants you any such entitlement. Sam Spade 12:38, 18 May 2005 (UTC)

Tone down, or leave town. That's all I'm going to say on this subject. Adraeus 13:24, 18 May 2005 (UTC)

False dichotomy. Sam Spade 13:43, 18 May 2005 (UTC)

Idiocy. Adraeus 13:53, 18 May 2005 (UTC)
