== Whence "Jinxmchue" ==
1) Wiki really does have a liberal bias (duh!)

My username (which I have used elsewhere in various forms: "Jinx McHue," "Jinx72," etc.) is a combination of two things:
2) People can put any damn information they want there no matter how faulty as long as it's "published" somewhere by someone or backed by lame-ass "proof" (like what a person's organization's website sells)

*"Jinx" is the name of an old ] character of mine who was a ] "wild mage" (user of "wild magic" from the AD&D ]). Hornheads are normally mute and 10 feet tall, but the ] didn't like either idea, so he had Jinx shortened by a curse and given an amulet that allowed him to speak. As a wild mage, Jinx was prone to "wild surges," or strange, random and unexpected magical effects. Jinx's most prized possession was a wand of wonder, which he as a wild mage could occasionally control (via a random die roll) in order to power any of the spells he knew (i.e. he did not need to have them memorized). Unfortunately, both Jinx's wild surges and the use of the wand of wonder seemed to lead to very unfortunate circumstances at the most inopportune times. For example, when attacked by some fish origcreatures while in a small boat, Jinx tried to cast a lightning bolt into the water. Instead of a lightning bolt, a large volume of water directly next to the boat simply vanished. (Thankfully, everyone survived the ensuing crash of water and boat filling up the space.) In another incident, Jinx tried to charm an injured enemy... from a safe distance. The precaution turned out to be very prescient as the enemy became ground zero for a fireball. (These series of in-game misfortunes oddly and appropriately reflected my real life, as I am very accident prone.)
3) As long as you have the letters "p," "h" and "d" after your name in that order, anything you say no matter how wrong, biased, unsupported or just plain stupid becomes gospel truth on Wiki if someone somewhere reproduced it online
:

*"McHue" is a concept borrowed from a friend. In creating part a screen name, he used the first syllable of his last name preceded by "Mc." I have done the same.
4) Liberals can defend their edits without repercussions but if a conservative does so, they are accused of edit warring, trolling, vandalism, disruption, etc.

*My real first name, if you must know, is Jason. ] killed me off along with "countless screaming ]."
5) As long as you can call in your buddies, you can sidestep the 3 revert rule and indefinitely defend your edits

Whence "Jinxmchue"

My username (which I have used elsewhere in various forms: "Jinx McHue," "Jinx72," etc.) is a combination of two things:

  • "Jinx" is the name of an old Advanced Dungeons and Dragons character of mine who was a hornhead saurial "wild mage" (user of "wild magic" from the AD&D Tome of Magic). Hornheads are normally mute and 10 feet tall, but the dungeon master didn't like either idea, so he had Jinx shortened by a curse and given an amulet that allowed him to speak.
  • "McHue" is a concept borrowed from a friend. In creating part a screen name, he used the first syllable of his last name preceded by "Mc." I have done the same.
