Rockstar Games is the umbrella name for video game development studios acquired by the game publisher Take Two Interactive.

Rockstar North are the best known Rockstar company, based in Leith, Scotland. They were previously known as DMA Design. They are famous for their Grand Theft Auto series.
Rockstar Leeds were previously known as Mobius Entertainment.
Rockstar San Diego were previously known as Angel Studios of Midtown Madness fame.
Rockstar Toronto is Take Two's in-house development team, previously known as Rockstar Canada.
Rockstar Vancouver were previously known as Barking Dog Studios.
