Super League XII is the official name for the 2007 engage Super League season in the sport of rugby league.

The 2007 season kicked off on the weekend of February 2, 2007 at the Galpharm Stadium. For the first time, the league had a staggered start due to the World Club Challenge between St Helens RLFC and Brisbane Broncos. The first round of matches began on the weekend of February 9th-11th 2007.

St Helens RFC are the defending Super League, Grand Final and Challenge Cup winners. Hull Kingston Rovers will be playing in the Super League for the first time ever after being promoted from National League 1 in 2006. This season will also include the first Millennium Magic weekend, which will take place on the weekend of the 5th and 6th of May 2007 in Cardiff.

Super League XII will feature 12 teams and have 27 rounds including the Millennium Magic round. The teams finishing from 1st to 6th will qualify for the end of season playoffs and the team finishing bottom will be relegated to National League 1 unless Les Catalans Dragons finish bottom, in which case the team finishing 11th will be relegated because Les Catalans Dragons are exempt from relegation in 2007.
