The Gashlycrumb Tinies (1963)

The Gashlycrumb Tinies is a book written by Edward Gorey. Gorey tells the tale of 26 children (each representing a letter of the alphabet) and their untimely demise. The book takes the reader through the alphabet accompanied by Edward Gorey's black and white illustrations.

Trivia
