The Artful Dodger are a UK Garage band, who became famous through their 2Step hits and gave Craig David's career a boost after he appeared on the number 2 hit Re-Rewind When the Crowd Say Bo Selecta in December 1999.

All of their subsequent hit singles have also been collaborations with Romina Johnson Movin' too Fast (number 2 in March 2000), Robbie Craig and Craig David Woman Trouble, Lifford Please Don't Turn Me On, Michelle Escoffery Think About Me and former All Saint Melanie Blatt Twenty Four Seven. They are associated with Pete Tong's FFRR Records label.

There is also a punk band named The Artful Dodger.
