Andrew Murray Burnham (born January 7, 1970) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He is Labour member of Parliament for Leigh. He was brought up in Culcheth in Warrington, close to the Village of Lowton (which itself is the Southern end of Leigh Parliamentary Constituency). Following the 2005 General Election he was appointed as a Parliamentary Secretary at the Home Office.
