Mr. Biffo is best known as the editor of Teletext-based video games magazine Digitiser, which ran between 1993 and 2003.
Hi, noticed this is up for "speedy deletion". However, the guy is real - it's the penname of Paul Rose, who is an esteemed writer in UK television.
