Mary O’Leary (born 1974) is a psychic advisor who lives in London.

Daughter of a former priest and former nun, she was born in Dublin, Ireland and is a practising white witch. She has found herself in the public eye after entering the reality TV show Big Brother on the 27th May 2005.

She expressed several unusual beliefs in her audition, claiming that she had been abducted by aliens seven times. She also stated that she remembered a past life in Atlantis. In the first days of the series, she is said to have claimed that the plastic gnomes in the garden were alive. While this comment won her further ridicule from some quarters, others observed that Dermot O'Leary, presenter of the comment show Big Brother's Little Brother, had described a particular gnome with a hidden camera as "alive". GnomeCam was trailed as a major element of this year's contest.

At first, bookmakers and betting exchange punters rated Mary as the least likely to win Big Brother this year. Many fans took to her immediately, however, and her odds steadily rose over the first few days until she was rated as one of the most likely to win, however Makosi nominated her for eviction at the first opportunity and she therefore faced a public vote at the end of the first week along with Craig and was evicted on 3 June 2005.

After her eviction, newspaper articles were published revealing that Mary had previously worked in a massage parlour where money was offered for sexual favours.
