Union of Poles in German is organisation of Polish minority in Germany, found in 1922. The union was initiator of collaboartion between minorities of Sorbs, Danes, Frisians and Lithuanians.
The symbol of the union was Rodlo - stylized shape of Vistula river. The reason for adoption was that Polish national symbol of White Eagle was not allowed by Prussian law. With popularisation of Nazi swastika Poles need their own symbol.

- Aug 27 1922 found in Berlin
- 1933 adopted Rodlo as symbol to challenge Nazis.
- March 6 1938 The first congress in Berlin. Adopted 5 rules for Poles
- September 1 1939 the union was delegalised and 1200 activists sent to concentration camps.
