Username blocks

You beat me to five assorted consecutive blocks the last timw we were on simultaneously - Thursday, I think!!! It was my turn. On a different level, it is nice to see you getting stuck into the backlogs. --Anthony.bradbury 19:56, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

Congratulations!

Thanks for your note of thanks! It was easy to support you, you're a fantastic editor and I think you'll make a great admin! Well deserved honor! Dreadstar 20:07, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

suspected sockpuppets

hi TRE, just wanted to let you know i've filed a report here about an account that you blocked, I think it's the same user creating multiple accounts, who has already had an IP blocked that was responsible for a previous rash of admin-bashing usernames. if you've seen any other username accounts recently that are spoofing administrators, i encourage you to add them to the report. thanks! ~Eliz81 21:51, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

ooo, thanks for letting me know and for keeping an eye out! i've updated the report. ~Eliz81 00:09, 16 September 2007 (UTC)

Help Desk

Could you please answer my question at the help desk? The guy is really bothering me (the one that left me a message with the header saying "fuck you"). --Agüeybaná 23:26, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

Thanks. --Agüeybaná 23:47, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

greek challenge

oh what an evil one! I am stuck and resorted to Liddell and Scott, but I think it comes from sugchaipw- to rejoice with- then sugchareite (don't know how to do the greek font but it looks like what you put and it is the 2nd plural aorist or 2nd passive subjunctive of the above. then the -ia is the hard bit- maybe a sort of state of being? So-

you (plural) were in a state where you rejoiced with, or you might be in a state where you are rejoiced with. (aorist of completed action in the present tense.) Phew! do tell me the answer :)

I don't know how to write in the Greek font yet or I would challenge you:)

other thought- trying to translate plainer- it means "congratulations!" (?)Merkinsmum 18:58, 16 September 2007 (UTC)

Hi Random

Hi, I hope you can help me. I am trying to make the text on my talk page all be <span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS">, but I can't seem to do it. Can you help? Alpta 19:07, 16 September 2007 (UTC)

Your userpage!

Well, your userpage is beautiful in my eyes, dear Random, tho it sounds a little vain coming from me! ;) But seriously, I love the color scheme you created, and the navbar is wonderful as well. I'd center the userboxes, but that's small potatoes. As a side note, I'd check your mail, if I were you :) Love, Phaedriel - 05:55, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

Ouch, sweetie, you're fast! :) It looks very good now, congrats! And please, let me know if you ever need assistance with your design, our with those shiny new buttons you've earned ;) Lots of love, Phaedriel - 19:06, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

RfA Spam

Just to let you know I passed my RfA. Thank you very much for the nomination. I'm not going to SPAM everyone, as I have 96-6=90 better things to do with my new (not very shiny after all) buttons. However I am thanking my nominators, because, well you are all fab! Happy Editing! Pedro |  Chat  12:27, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

Can you review me?

Hi TRE. I know you're probably very busy but I know that you have alot of experience in various areas of Misplaced Pages and, if possible, would be grateful if you could take a bit of time to review my contributions and give me a few suggestions on improving my contributions at Misplaced Pages:Editor review/Tbo 157. Thanks. Tbo (talk) (review) 16:59, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

Thank you very much for your offer! My userpage is so ugly and I never bothered to do anything about it. So if this is fun for you please go ahead and redesign it :-) As for colors and themes - anything you like, seriously :-) Regards, Jogers (talk) 19:40, 19 September 2007 (UTC)

Dear The Random Editor,

Thank you for your participation in my RFA, which closed successfully with 83 supports, 1 oppose, and 0 neutrals. No matter if you voted (I mean, "!voted") support or oppose, I thank you for taking the time to drop by. I'm new, remember, so if you have any suggestions feel free to inform me of them, and if I do anything wrong, feel free to add to the permanent chorus of disapproval on my talk page. Special thanks to Walton and Dihydrogen Monoxide for nominating me.

Hello there!

Hello! (I'm wondering what I can call you, for "short", do people call you "TRE"? Hee hee.) I noticed that you archived WP:RFCN today, and I thought perhaps you had not seen this discussion, which ended in the consensus of "Discussions are to normally run for at least 24 hours before being closed, and then archived after another 24 hours.", due to some concerns that not everyone may have seen them, even though they may have been speedily closed. Granted, the Rebel one had been up there a significant amount of time, and the Jesus one was speedily closed because user agreed to change, but I just wasn't sure if you knew that routinely they're left up for a day or two, I hope you don't take this wrong, as I mean no disrespect, I just had not seen you close any before, so I thought perhaps I'd let you know about that. 20:40, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

Sunderland A.F.C.

Hello, Can you please consider permanantly semi-protecting it, as it is constantly being vandalised by anonymous users, especially Newcastle United F.C. fans. --Sunderland06 21:21, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
