I've deleted the part that simply repeated words (more or less) from ]. My rationale is that most of the useful things we can say about pianos hold equally for grands and uprights. An article specifically about grands will work best if it's short and serves the specific function of explaining how grands are different from uprights. I've deleted the part that simply repeated words (more or less) from ]. My guess is that any reader who looks up "grand piano" either wants (a) just to know what a grand piano is; or (b) to learn about pianos. If this guess is right, then we'll serve readers best with an article that's very short (answering (a)), and quickly moves the reader on to ] (covering (b)).

I've deleted the part that simply repeated words (more or less) from piano. My guess is that any reader who looks up "grand piano" either wants (a) just to know what a grand piano is; or (b) to learn about pianos. If this guess is right, then we'll serve readers best with an article that's very short (answering (a)), and quickly moves the reader on to piano (covering (b)).
