Umbilicus is the Latin word for navel. It may refer to:
- The navel, or bellybutton
- Umbilicus (mollusk), a feature of gastropod shell anatomy
- Umbilicus (genus), a genus of plants including the species: Umbilicus rupestris and Umbilicus chrysanthus among others
- Umbilicus Urbis Romae, the central mile marker (or datum) to which all distances in Rome and the Roman Empire were measured
