Hi please use edit summaries when making your edits. Also, if someone reverts an edit you make with a reason, please don't revert unless you yourself provide a good reason - preferably on the talk page.
Also, if you add portrait shaped pics, it's a good idea to put the 'upright' parameter in. This provides the correct size in relation to other pics. Look at change to see how.
