Tianjin Foreign Studies University (天津外国语学院) is a university in Tianjin, China under the municipal government. The institution, one of eight of its kind in China, specializes in teaching foreign languages and cultures to Chinese students. Language concentrations include English, Japanese, German, French, Russian, Korean, Spanish, and Arabic. The institution also offers classes in Chinese Language ando Culture for foreign exchange students from other countries.
The university is located at 117 Machang Road (马场道 mǎ cháng dào), on the northern extreme of Hexi District (河西区 hé xī qù), bordering Heping District (和平区 hé píng qù).
