Contesting blocks

In cases where an account is making vandalism-only contributions, blocking indefinitely is appropriate; warnings are optional. If the blocked editor wishes to make legitimate contributions they can request an unblock and explain why they should be allowed to edit here in light of their past behavior. Editing wikipedia is a privileged, not an inherent right.--Isotope23 15:40, 29 October 2007 (UTC)

Whatever! There is a lot of abuse of power on this website and so I am going to keep monitoring what goes on here and reporting it Foofiles 15:43, 29 October 2007 (UTC)

It's nice that you're willing to assume good faith, but accounts that do nothing but vandalize in their first few edits are unlikely to change and blocks prevent further vandalism. If a user feels they were blocked unjustly, the unblock template serves to give them a chance to explain their actions. Leebo /C 15:46, 29 October 2007 (UTC)

Blocked

This account has been blocked indefinitely as a sockpuppet of EverybodyHatesChris (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · logs · block log · arb · rfc · lta · rfcu · ssp · SPI · cuwiki) that was created to violate Misplaced Pages policy. Note that using multiple accounts is allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that all edits made while evading a block or ban may be reverted or deleted. If this account is not a sockpuppet, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below.
