This image is the e-zine cover image and is principally being used for articles discussing all the (e.g. 1632 Editorial Board will contrast versus Grantville Gazette II (book) cover art, constituting fair use. Baen's uses it to market a bundled set of three eBooks (GG-II, III, and GG-IV, see source link.)

In addition to that, this image will be used in the generic sub-series article The Grantville Gazettes which tracks all members of this group of works which are initially released as serialized eMagazines, then as eBooks, and finally then in print over a nine to twelve month period successively in normal hardcover, and trade paperback succession.
